If you live in Southern California and are looking for something fun and different to do this weekend that will also benefit a good cause look no further than Port Nationals. Port nationals is a Hot Rod, Custom car, truck and bobber show. As is typical of southern California car shows there will be plenty of food & beverage vendors, rockabilly clothing vendors present and other retro merch up for sale. Let live bands serenate your soul with the latest SoCal rockabilly tunes as you soak in the warm California sun.
Entrance is $15.00 and a portion of the proceeds will go to Alex’s lemonade stand, a foundation dedicated to combating childhood cancer.
Lastly, the show will host what is expected to be the biggest Pinup Contest on the West Coast. My friend Rosalva “Rosie” Pantoja is competing. (She's the blonde bombshell in the photos above.) If anyone deserves to win it’s Rosie. She is beautiful, strong, kind and is always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone that needs it. If you make it out to the event show your support for Rosie!
